Community Celebrates Arrival of Vital Medical Supplies in Dambi Dollo — A Landmark Delivery in Partnership with MATTER

The streets of Dambi Dollo filled with joy and unity as local elders, community leaders, and hundreds of residents gathered for a grand public rally to celebrate a life-saving delivery: a large shipping container filled with essential medical supplies and advanced equipment.

The shipment was made possible through a joint effort between the Kelem Development Association in Global (KDAG) and MATTER, a global non-profit dedicated to expanding access to healthcare. For KDAG, founded by Kelem natives living abroad, this milestone reflects the power of global partnership. By uniting diaspora resources with the international logistics of MATTER, KDAG continues to transform community health outcomes across Western Ethiopia.

Charity is not just about giving handouts to people in need; it is about helping people to become self-sufficient and to improve their lives in the long term. One of the best ways we do this is to support education and job training programs.
